Terms of Service

You may use the app to connect Shopify stores you own or are authorized to manage, sync inventory and order data, calculate forecasts, manage team access, and generate operational insights.

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide, the permissions granted to Shopify API credentials, actions taken from forecasts or AI insights, activity by teammates you invite, and compliance obligations that apply to your own business, customers, products, and storefront.

You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for granting only the Shopify scopes needed for your intended use. You should rotate or revoke credentials if you believe they were exposed or are no longer needed.

The app depends on third-party services including Shopify, Supabase, Vercel, and AI providers when enabled. We do not control those services and are not responsible for outages, API changes, limits, data delays, pricing changes, or other issues caused by third-party services.

Forecasts, reorder points, stockout dates, valuations, and AI-generated recommendations are informational estimates for planning support only. They are not guarantees of sales, supply-chain outcomes, financial performance, purchasing results, or inventory availability. You are responsible for reviewing all output before acting on it.

The app does not provide legal, financial, tax, procurement, accounting, or supply-chain advice. You should consult qualified professionals before making decisions that require professional judgment.

You may not abuse public endpoints, attempt to access data for stores you do not control, probe or bypass security controls, upload unlawful content, interfere with service operation, or use the app in a way that violates Shopify or third-party provider terms.

We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the app as needed for maintenance, security, provider API changes, or product improvements. We may update these terms by posting a revised version.

The app is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Automations For eCom will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from your use of the app or reliance on forecasts, sync results, or AI output. To the fullest extent permitted by law, any direct damages are limited to the amount you paid to use the app in the three months before the claim, or USD $100 if you did not pay for the app during that period.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend and hold Automations For eCom harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the app, unauthorized stores or credentials, breach of these terms, or violation of laws or third-party rights.

We may update these terms as the app, providers, or legal requirements change. The version posted here is intended to describe current product terms and should be reviewed by qualified counsel before you rely on it for compliance decisions.
