AI monthly stock plan
Restock turns your synced inventory into a ranked action list: what to order now, how much, what is tying up cash, and the single move to make first. This is the same plan you see in the live demo, generated from real Shopify velocity.
3 SKUs need a PO this week - your Vitamin C Serum is already losing sales.
Front-of-catalog movers are running hot while two accessories sit idle. Reordering the three flagged SKUs now keeps roughly 19 days of demand from going unfilled.
Out of stock with ~6 units/day of demand - every day unfilled is lost revenue. Expedite if possible.
About 9 days of cover left against a 14-day lead time - order before the weekend bump.
Cover dips below your lead time this week; it's also a Glow Starter Kit component.
Roughly 19 days of cover - add it to the same PO to save a shipment.
Raise one PO covering VCS-30, SPF50-75, HM-50 and RNC-30 to hit your supplier's MOQ in a single shipment.
From sync to action
No spreadsheet exports, no manual counts. Connect once and the plan keeps itself current.
Paste a scoped Admin API token, validate the connection, and sync products, locations, inventory, orders, refunds, and bundles. About two minutes.
Every SKU lands in one of four states with a sell-out date. Sort by risk, cover, value, or velocity, then save urgent SKUs into a reusable reorder plan.
Track planned quantity, ETA, notes, and order status, and get a Slack or email ping before anything runs out. The forecast becomes a weekly operating list.
Read-only scopes, token encrypted at rest, and you paste it yourself. We never write to your store.
We only ever show real, tracked, physical stock in real locations. No estimates dressed up as inventory, nothing else.
Shopify kits and multipacks are expanded into component demand automatically, so bundles never hide stock risk.
Guesswork vs certainty
Return on certainty
Two costs hide in your catalog: sales you lose to stockouts, and cash frozen in slow movers. Restock surfaces both from one daily Shopify sync, so you act before either one bites.
On a sample $85k/mo store: about $2.4K in recovered stockout sales plus $4.3K freed from slow-moving stock.
A daily auto-sync replaces the weekly stockout audit, so nobody rebuilds a sheet that is stale by Monday.
Each variant gets a sell-out date and reorder point, so the risky ones surface days before they cost a sale.
Illustrative estimates, not guarantees or customer averages. The dollar figure assumes a conservative 35% recovery of stockout-exposed revenue and 18% of slow-mover cash refocused. Your results depend on demand, lead times, supplier reliability, and purchasing decisions.
Why we built this
We're Automations For eCom. We build ops automation for DTC brands. Every operator we worked with was tracking stockouts in a spreadsheet that was out of date by the time it was shared. Restockis that spreadsheet, automated: synced from Shopify daily, bundle-aware, and watching every SKU's sell-out date so you don't have to.

FAQ
No. Restock reads Shopify catalog, inventory, order, refund, location, and bundle data for forecasting. It does not write inventory adjustments back to Shopify.
Yes. Restock imports Shopify native bundle components when available and also supports manual bundle definitions for products you assemble outside Shopify.
The app compares current stock and sales velocity against your lead time and safety stock settings. Forecasts are estimates for planning, not guaranteed outcomes.
To Slack, email, or both. Connect a Slack channel and add any number of email recipients, then choose which signals (out of stock, reorder now, reorder soon, idle stock) and whether to receive the weekly digest. Alerts fire on inventory sync; the weekly report runs on the day you pick.
AI insights use a compact inventory summary designed to exclude Shopify API credentials. The privacy policy explains the current data handling posture.
Connect a read-only Shopify token and see your reorder risk after the first sync. About 5 minutes, start to finish.
