Privacy Policy

We collect account details such as your email address, store name, currency, forecast settings, and team invitations. When you connect Shopify, we process your shop domain, Admin API token in encrypted form, product catalog, inventory levels, locations, unit costs, orders, refunds, and bundle data.

We use this information to authenticate your account, sync Shopify data, calculate stockout forecasts, show reorder and overstock insights, support team access, run scheduled syncs, prevent abuse, and respond to support requests.

We do not knowingly sell store inventory data or account information. We may disclose information to service providers that help run the app, to authorized users on your account, to comply with legal obligations, to protect the app from abuse, or as part of a business transfer.

If you generate AI insights, a compact inventory summary is sent to the configured AI provider to create reorder recommendations. The AI request is designed to exclude Shopify API tokens and other credentials.

We use providers such as Supabase for authentication and database storage, Vercel for hosting and cron execution, Shopify APIs for store data, and Google Gemini when AI insights are enabled. These providers may process data on our behalf to deliver, secure, monitor, and improve the app.

Shopify tokens are encrypted at rest before storage. Access to store data is limited through account authentication, role checks, and database row-level security. No internet service can be guaranteed completely secure, but the app is designed to reduce unnecessary exposure of credentials and store data.

We generally keep account and store data while your account or connected store remains active. You can disconnect Shopify or delete stores from the app. Some deleted data may remain in backups, logs, or provider systems for a limited period where required for security, continuity, or legal obligations. You can choose not to connect Shopify, disconnect Shopify at any time, invite or remove teammates, and request that we delete your data. You are responsible for managing Shopify API credentials and scopes in your Shopify admin.

We may update this policy as the app, providers, or legal requirements change. The version posted here is intended to describe current product behavior and should be reviewed by qualified counsel before you rely on it for compliance decisions.
